UK Waste Solutions LTD (owners of brands including Novati, Click Waste UK, Evolution Waste Management and C&M Waste Management) has completed the acquisition of AMA Waste Management Ltd, a leading specialist Skip Hire and waste management company for an undisclosed sum.
The UK-based business will join an expanding group of companies, allowing UK Waste Solutions Limited to continue to grow its range of well-established waste & resource management services. The deal will underscore the businesses commitment to the environment sector.
