ON Tuesday, 15 October a specialist event focused on van fleet safety and compliance best practice is taking place at Aerospace Bristol, the home of Concorde.
The Van Fleet Forum takes place between 8.30-13.00 and is free to attend. Delegates will join other fleet professionals and leading industry experts for a morning of seminars and networking.
Speakers include the Fleet Transport Association’s Mark Cartwright and road risk expert, Andrew Drewary. Key areas highlighted for discussion include driver fatigue, FORS and vehicle safety equipment.
There will also be an exhibition from industry suppliers, equipment and software manufacturers.
The first Van Fleet Forum event took place in July this year in Chesterfield and was such a success that a follow-up event was organised in the South West.
Kate Lloyd, marketing director at VWS, said: “The Van Fleet Forum is designed to bring together van operators, leading industry suppliers and experts in the field of safety and compliance. The feedback from the first event was excellent and we are confident that everyone who attends will be able take something valuable away.”
The event is free to attend and guests can register here. Anyone interested in exhibiting can contact Kate Lloyd at katel@vwsltd.co.uk.
