CONNECTED fleet and workshop management platform provider r2c Online has released a white paper on best practice preparation for the adoption of software.
The paper provides a range of steps that r2c Online recommend businesses take before adopting a digital system for fleet and workshop management, including an exploration of real-life customer examples as best practice.
r2c Online has released the white paper with the aim of helping businesses maximise their return on investment, following the successful implementation of their software platform for a range of customer types: from independent owner-operators to vast corporations with complex, multi-layered fleets and extensive repair networks.
Currently boasting over 26,000 customers including over half of the UK’s dealer network, the community-based r2c software platform works by digitally connecting the commercial vehicle supply chain for collaborative maintenance and compliance management.
The release of the guide follows r2c’s extensive and ongoing customer service investment with a focus on customer care and product innovation, as the leading supplier warns that preparing a business for technology adoption is just as important as the investment itself.
Nick Walls, Managing Director at r2c Online, said, “We decided to produce this white paper as we’ve seen customers get software adoption right and thrive, creating immediate return on investment, but we’ve also seen businesses fail to manage the process elsewhere because they didn’t fully understand what was needed. This has then resulted in wasted resources and the need to re-invest and re-start the process from scratch.”
Nick continued, “We’ve built our customer experience around implementation and ongoing customer success, with dedicated teams in these vital areas to make sure both fleets and workshops are continually thriving throughout their r2c subscription.”
