CONNECTED vehicle management platform, r2c Online, now processes and securely holds over 10 million digital service records, currently increasing at a rate of over 3.5 million per year.
To celebrate this milestone, r2c Online presented the lucky processor of the ten millionth record, Michelle Jameson at Thompson Commercials Ltd, with a Google Home. The digital record was created at Thompson’s Hull workshop for customer D&P Haulage Ltd.
The r2c platform digitally processes all vehicle inspections, servicing and maintenance work created across its network of 1,000 workshop locations in the UK and Ireland for over 23,000 fleet customers.
Real-time job status updates are reported to fleet customers, with the ability to communicate, collaborate and plan for reduced VOR time and costs. Live maintenance planners with configurable alerts also help reduce no-shows for both franchised dealers and independent repairers.
This milestone follows the recent acquisition of r2c Online by Keyfuels’ parent company FleetCor Technologies and a successful appearance at the CV Show, with a record-breaking number of sales leads generated for the r2c software.
