CRS NI Ltd have installed a seventh Complete Waste Solution at Uxbridge based GBN Services, including the award winning Double Drum Air Separation Unit with Flip Flow Screen.

GBN Services, who have 210 vehicles and six depots in the London area, specialise in waste, metal and wood recycling, and RDF processing plants.

The new unit uses two high powered fans, directed through separate adjustable air nozzles, which work in conjunction with the double drums to produce cleaner material, and more effective separation.

The relationship began between CRS and GBN Services in 2013, when the company was considering   a complete waste solution for a new site in Harlow.

GBN Services’ Garry Hobson explained: “We chose to work with CRS as they are renowned for their high performing flip flow screen, and also manufacture all their products in-house.

“We installed the first CRS plant in Harlow, and were very happy with its’ performance. As a result, we have since installed seven more complete turnkey systems consisting of hoppers, conveyors, trommels, picking stations, air separation units, and fines recovery systems.

Sean Conlon, managing director of CRS NI Ltd commented: “ We have expanded our business through a high percentage of repeat business, and GBN Services are an example of this.”
