WASTE’16 Was A Show To Remember

An event to remember – WASTE’16 was truly a real showstopper of an exhibition

They came from near, and they came from far. In fact they came from everywhere to attend the WASTE’16 show at the AJ Bell stadium, close to Manchester city centre.

Our annual one day jamboree on June 9 was attended by the movers and shakers from the waste and skip hire industries, and it was a resounding success. In the bright sunshine deals were done, contacts were made, and many of our exhibitors picked up major business leads during the one day event.

Our two marquee site was bigger than ever, and those who attended were impressed by the effort and attention to detail organisers had put into the event.

Dozens of companies from all over the UK were present, and within the seminar area there was a buzz and atmosphere which was praised by many of those present. Highlights of the day included our BREXIT debate involving industry experts, and the huge range of networking opportunities on offer during the event.

VALUE FOR MONEY

Our expert staff were on hand to shepherd visitors and exhibitors throughout the day, and it was generally accepted there was a real value for money aspect to the show which is unobtainable at other industry trade events.

WASTE’16 was our best show ever, and although a fledgling event which is just three years of age, set us up nicely for the future and of course, WASTE’17. Your staff are already working hard to examine feedback from the event, and to take into account your suggestions, ideas, and even criticism.

The show was a real team effort, and here at Skip Hire Magazine we want to pay tribute to the many exhibitors and visitors who supported the event. Despite the few hiccups which we aim to resolve by next year, we are truly grateful for the industry backing and all the messages of encouragement we received since the final exhibitor left the venue.
